How do I order products from your site?
All products on our website are available for sale. Add the product(s) you wish to purchase by using the Buy buttons. Once you have finished adding to your cart, click the Checkout button. If you have not shopped with us before you will be asked to complete a secure order form and at the bottom of the form you may choose to become a Member or not by selecting No Thank You. Once you have completed and submitted this checkout form you will be able to review your details and products that you have selected to buy. Then select your payment method and Submit your order. You will then be transferred to our Secure Payment Processor. Afterwards you will be sent a confirmation email of your transaction. Once your order has been processed and despatched you will then receive an email stating that your order has been Completed.

How long will I have to wait before I receive my order?
Once your order has been processed and received by us it is usually despatched on the same business day. Interstate orders take between 1 - 3 days for delivery. The rest of the World - 5 - 10 days, allow eighteen days.These times are dependent on the courier that we use. UPS is used the majority of the time.

Do I have to become a Member to order products from you?
Yes you have to become a Member of IndiaCentral to use our website. If you do it makes special offers available to you before they become available to everyone. You will still be asked for a Username and Password though. If you return to IndiaCentral to shop in the future all you need to do is use the secure login page, then choose your products you wish to buy and your customer details are filled in for you! You may amend your customer details at any time and look at your order history.

Will you charge me G.S.T if I live outside of the Australia?
If you live outside of the EC and the product is to be shipped to an address outside of the EC then prices in the cart will be excluding GST. This will be done on the checkout pages once you have confirmed your billing and shipping address. For customers who have an existing account with us and you meet the above conditions, once you login to the site, all product pricing becomes exclusive of VAT.

How do I return a product?
If, in the unlikely event, you are not happy with your purchase from India Central please review our returns policy below which you can also find in our Terms & Conditions.

We offer a no quibble refund policy. Any item can be returned in original condition with the original packaging including all of the original tags and labels, within 14 days from receipt of purchase. You may ask for a full refund, exchange the item for another of equal value or receive a credit in the form of a IndiaCentral electronic gift certificate or other means of credit.( Your statutory rights are not affected ). Postage & packaging is non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for returning the goods to bone clothing fully carriage paid. We recommend you use a traceable system for the return of your goods and insure them appropriately.

All refunds are at the discretion of the IndiaCentral management.

If I have a complaint what can I do?
If you have a complaint please contact us by clicking here. We aim to respond to any complaint within five working days and try to resolve any issues that you may have as swiftly as possible to the best resolution attainable to the customer.

Do I have to pay for postage and packing to return a product?
At this time postage & packaging is non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for returning the goods to IndiaCentral fully carriage paid. We recommend you use a traceable system for the return of your goods and insure them appropriately.

If I return a product when will I receive a refund?
If you return a product and ask for a refund you should receive a refund to your credit / debit card once we have received and inspected the goods. We aim to refund the credit / debit card on the day of the goods arriving at our premises. You may have to wait until your next credit card or bank statement is issued to see it appear as being credited to your account.

How do I use my Discount Coupon?
If you have a valid discount coupon, you can enter it once you view your cart. You will see a box below your cart contents asking you to enter a valid coupon code, the store will then deduct the discount amount from your order and it will be displayed as a deduction when you checkout.

How do I use my Gift Voucher?
If you have a Gift Voucher you need to go through to the checkout. Once you have decided on the products to buy and completed your order form (or logged in if you have an account), you will be able to select Gift Voucher as your payment method. Enter your Gift Voucher code, the cart will then take it as full or part payment depending on the value of your Gift Voucher.
